Your 7-Day TCM Meal Plan, Built for Your Baseline and Your Climate
Not another generic meal plan. Dr. Wang reads your intake, cross-references your TCM constitution with the current weather in your city, and writes you a 7-day plan with exact foods, prep methods, timing, and a tracking log. Delivered as a PDF in 5–7 business days.

Who this is for
The $39 diagnosis tells you your body's pattern. This plan turns that pattern into an actual 7-day grocery list and cooking schedule.
Comes with a daily log so you can watch the plan's effect on your baseline metrics. Built as a personal N=1 experiment, not vague advice.
Denver, Phoenix, Melbourne, London, Singapore, Vancouver — the plan is calibrated to how your local weather actually stresses your body, not a generic seasonal template.

What arrives in your PDF (approximately 12 pages)
- Your baseline pattern — a plain-English explanation of your TCM constitution, how it shows up day-to-day, and what to watch for.
- Your local climate context — how the weather where you live interacts with your baseline this week, and which foods gain or lose priority as a result.
- Day 1–7 meal plan — three meals per day, each with:
- Exact ingredients and portions
- Prep method and timing
- Why this meal, in one line, in plain English
- Cold-day and hot-day variant if the climate might shift
- Shopping list — organized by aisle, with 2–3 substitutes per item.
- Foods to reduce or avoid this week — with the reason for each, so you understand rather than just obey.
- 7-day self-tracking log — a printable page. Every morning you log 5 numbers (energy, sleep quality, digestion, mood, warmth) on a 1–10 scale.
- Simple acupressure or foot bath additions — if your pattern calls for it, 1–2 non-food routines to pair with the meals.
- When to see a doctor — specific red flags to watch for, so this stays wellness education and never replaces medical care.
Not Medical Advice
This meal plan is for general wellness education only. It is not a medical prescription. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, food allergy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are on prescription medication, consult your physician before making dietary changes. If you experience symptoms of a medical emergency, contact a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
FAQ
How is this different from just going to a nutritionist?
A nutritionist works from macros and calories. A TCM meal plan works from your body's pattern — warm vs. cold, dry vs. damp, tight vs. loose — and matches food to that pattern. Both approaches can be useful; this one starts from a different question.
What if I already bought the $39 Assessment?
Email hello@chinesewellnessselfcare.com with your order ID. You'll get a $50 upgrade link (the $29 difference already covered) so you don't pay twice.
Will you send me weird Chinese herbs to buy?
No. The plan is built around foods you can buy in your local grocery store, with substitutions where needed. If you happen to want traditional additions like goji berries or Chinese dates, we'll say so, but the plan works without them.
What if I don't like the plan?
Your $79 includes one round of follow-up questions in the first 30 days. Tell Dr. Wang what's not working and she'll adjust. If the plan is fundamentally unusable for reasons we should have caught in the intake, we'll refund.
Can this replace my doctor?
Absolutely not. This is wellness education. It complements medical care, it does not replace it. If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, or are pregnant/breastfeeding, your doctor's guidance always comes first.
Delivery time?
5–7 business days from when we receive your completed intake form. Because every plan is written personally, we can't shorten this. If you need it faster for a specific reason, email us before ordering.
